I make big dinner salads once a month.
Obviously lettuce and a lot of vegetables but I also put chicken in there and boiled eggs and olives and a whole bunch of good stuff.
The dressing is the misses vinegar and oil medley that makes my mouth water everytime.
At restaurants I order a meal and a salad on the side. Vegetables are very important for good health. I have not met anyone that eats more vegetables than me.
