I make very nice potato salad on sour cream, mustard and mayonnaise, with red onion, apple, capri. I too love chicken salad and fruit salad, now that you mention them. Very nice.
I do like a Basmati rice salad with apple, celery ,sultanas & a drizzle of olive oil.

It never “drizzles” any oils here but I suspect if it did, it’d be pretty slick.🤔

the price of Diesel I am thinking of running my motor on extra virgin olive oil.

Don’t buy Lambda Olive Oil then, it’s about €150/litre.😲
