Of course many of us might hope never to die, or if that doesn't work out, to die peacefully in our own bed or some other comfortable spot.
When I was young I worked out that I especially did not want to die by drowning, or by fire or freezing to death.
Of course as I grew older I learned there were many other ways to die.
At this stage I think I am most likely to die of organ failure, but the Addams in me still has a keen interest in dying of misadventure. π

@moonbus saidThen I wish that for you and anyone else who feels the same way.
@Kevin-Eleven
How not: alone.

Having witnessed many of this most inevitable of moments. I've come to a single conclusion:
Make it as fast and as painless as possible.
Long, drawn-out bouts with suffering are excruciating for all involved.

@kevin-eleven saidHopefully not alone.

@kevin-eleven saidHow not to die? With a guilty conscience.
also @moonbus
Well, it depends. In some cases dying alone might be preferable to dealing with whomever and whatever they might bring to the moment.

@kevin-eleven saidTrue dat. I don't want to die looking at the person who murders me; rather looking in my lover's eyes.
