I am in love... mp3?... handheld? To hell!!

Ok, as some of you know I asked weeks ago about the best
mp3 players quality/p'rice balance... so I went to the shop to get it
and... and... what I see there?

A gorgeous Palm Tungsten E2... I desperately need to be organized
and I thought it was the perfect e-gadget for me... organized, plus
the music, plus wireless internet... gorgeous as I said.

So I go back to the office and compare gadgets (I try to do
informed, responsible shopping) and conclude that yes, indeed,
I will get the palm.

So I go back to the shop to get the palm and... and... what I see
is... love 😵

PlayStation PSP... beautiful ceramic white... value pack...
the new GTA included... gorgeous... poetic... despite my age and
my sentimental status, my responsibilities and what is
expected from me in the job and family life and those horrendous
etceteras, I don't care: I love video games. I a-d-o-r-e them.

I feel no shame to accept it.

So to hell with the mp3, to hell with the palm, screw the organizing
thing... I MUST have the PSP.

Price is crazy, perhaps, and will cause me a good deal of
trouble back home, but it is worth.

SO I need some new advise before I go for it...

Nintendo DS or PSP?

Go for the PSP. The Palm Pilot? That's just "The Man" trying to keep you down.

PSP is a better quality handheld console all round

DS is better if you are on a tighter budget

If you've got the money get the PSP

I have a DS Lite and I love it. PSP is too bulky and fragile, plus I would never use it to watch a movie. But the games are probably better. I'm just happy playing Tetris and Madden. (And Final Fantasy when it comes out.)

They're both pretty much the same, so you're better off just looking at the range of games for each and seeing what you prefer then going for the relevant console.

I thought about the PSP just for the internet thing but my son got one and it turns out to be a big pain in the butt to get connected plus that stupid typing system sucks. I think PSP 3 may be better in that regard. I'll wait.
