You're the law-yer, counselor, you defend him.
You never did answer my very unloaded question: Which area of law do you practice?
RedNight; To be honest, I could be bothered to read the 1200 posts there were in your thread, so would you care to summerise by answering this simple question; are you still of the same belief that you were earlier, or have you finally realised the faults in your arguament?

Serrendipity and I came on to the forums yesterday with a simple message.
We said people should behave with common decency and courteousy on these publically accessible forums.
Since then we have been repetively and viciously attacked by a small group of users who feel that they have some god-given right to behave and talk in a manner that most peopl ...[text shortened]... d, rascist, mysognistic, and hurtful messages?
Love Your Neighbor and Yourself. Peace.
I'm hoping the neighbour lady will love me.................

Having spent much time trying to grope with the philosophical questions raised by the discussion so far it seems to me that RedNight, quite rightly in my view, has raised the spectre of "Honi soit qui mal y pense" and the almost equally persuasive arguments of the majority of the other discussants can be summed up by the poem of WB Yeats, namely, "Cast a cold eye, On life, on death, Horseman ride by" (or in other words I couldn't care less, but let every man speak freely). For further clarification of the Honi soit point of view one should really consult the Queen (of England) whose motto it is. However, protocol would never allow her to divulge her RedHotChess identity pseudonym. Alternatively join Clan Vercingetorix where a clear translation will be readily available, plus good games of chess. For the 'Horseman ride by' bit, I'm afraid, further clarification can not be given by the author (it is written on his tombstone). However, I am sure that someone in the Litterati Clan could help. I hope this may prove helpful for Freddie 2006

I didn't ask about the origins of "Vercingetorix" or "Honi soit qui mal y pense" and am not remotely interested in them. Perhaps you should follow Nighthawk's advice.
