Don't worry. I have had many games where none of my pieces could move, nor those of my opponent. But my experince says that also the clock doesn't move in these cases, so time out is highly unlikely.

That's my experience as well. I usually just give up those games and archive them after a while. Sometimes they say something like "checkmate". I don't know what that means, but 7ate9's game says that, too.
