I've just applied for a load of jobs all over the country (Wales), one of them on the other side of the country - the same pay for half the hours. I can't wait to turn my back on it all again, wander off, meet new people and wander round like a gypsy for a bit. I can work 3 days a week in the south and travel back up for the weekend and another couple.

Isn't it just the best feeling being able to resign a job before they sack you 😀

It is nice to be able to do that, I have done it many times myself.

Sounds like a good time, Someday I will do the same, but it will have to wait for retirement. I am envious.

So what's the job? I work a 3 day week as well, incidentally for the same pay as my last job 😉

Alex and I plan to do the same sort of thing. We both are ready to shake the local dust off our shoes and head for adventure out there.

Too right and good for you! I have only moved jobs once (not including the ones I did to get me through college) but told my employers to stick their job up their backsides before I had looked for another one.

Bottom line is that if you are too scared to resign then the bastards have got you for life. 😉
