i've just been reading in the paper about a guy who has been on trial a while now for murdering a couple of people. well, they argued from the crown, blah, blah, blah. then the arguement from his lawyer went along the lines of he didn't have the intelligence to commit the murders as it would have taken a criminal mastermind.
it doesn't make sense to me for his lawyer to argue that he was too stupid.

If they threw a lawsuit againts me, for my lawyer to say that I dont have the knowlege to hack (and I dont) is not a valid argument.

I've never hacked into a government computer but I know it can be done. I know I am not intelligent enough to do that. The same goes with many other things.

i'm looking at getting sent away myself shortly for my 4th time drink driving. i wouldn't mind having a talk to the guy. i'm pretty sure you can ask for a specific jail, but i'm not sure on how to find out which one he is in. i'm from new zealand, does anyone know the specifics of how this can be done?
lol, i'm even going to the same courthouse he got sentenced.
