it doesn't make sense to me for his lawyer to argue that he was too stupid.
If you were the defendant, would you be telling the jury he's wrong and you are intelligent enough?

I've never hacked into a government computer but I know it can be done. I know I am not intelligent enough to do that. The same goes with many other things.

I know nothing about how to hack computers, yet once when I was playing around on my laptop on a bussiness wireless network, I got into their network, and had access to their whole store. If they threw a lawsuit againts me, for my lawyer to say that I dont have the knowlege to hack (and I dont) is not a valid argument.

But is that a case of you not being intelligent enough to do it, or not having the necessary skills/knowledge to do it?

All I can say is that if I was ever in that predicament, I'd rather the jury thought I was stupid than a murderer.

lol, i'm even going to the same courthouse he got sentenced.
You'll be able to talk to him between screams of pain while you're changing from a tight end to a wide receiver...

Just be sure YOU don't get the same lawyer. 🙂
