Anyone can log in under ANY handle, post some stupid stuff in the threads and then GUESS WHAT!? They can even start a bunch of games, badmouth paying members... and disappear.
Then they can come back under yet ANOTHER stupid handle and do it all over again! and again... and again...
There needs to be SOME KIND OF CHECK to keep outsiders from coming into RHP and doing this kind of stuff.

I think... whoever posted the thing about having to keep multiple accounts out (sorry, my brain is fried and I can't be bothered to go back and check) is right. If people can be banned by their ip, why can't we have an automatic control on that?
Just an idea from someone who doesn't know much about computers that goes behind turning them on and off... blablabla I LOVE BIG CATS... AND SHAKIRA AND CHRISTIANS 😀

Banning of IPs wouldn't work because complete networks could have the same IP address. It isn't always limited to a single PC. There is also the issue with dynamic IP addresses.
