The word is ''tutu'', because the ''u''s are fixed, but they don't like ''Dancing Desmond's degree class'' as a clue. What's a better one?

I'm making a crossword; 'they' are the editors of the relevant newspaper. There is no reason why it can't be 'guru' other than that I tried that first and couldn't think of any good clues.
