I like it though it's a bit of a flier because it is not clear whether the question mark gives you enough leeway with the soundalike (lu with loo) and the repetition of lu.

I know this is a little off-thread but the Times Cryptic clue writing competition was 'Embezzle.'

The winning entry was, 'Inappropriately, appropriate.'


Edit: One of their many weekly clue writing competitions.
