I notice that some 2000 rated players...

A few that were in the 2000's a few months back are now in the 1600-1700 range.

LOL, what's so special about a 2000 rating? There are 20 guys at my chess club who are that strength or stronger and i don't play for a very big Club either!! 4+ years of serious play and plenty of study and most people could reach that grade. Most people DON'T BOTHER THOUGH. Sure we have engine users, but if I was gonna use an engine i wouldn't stop at 2000, know what i mean, wink wink, etc...
