I had my last cigarette this morning, i think. I am so tired of the horrible effects they have. I once thought they couldn't hurt me, but i have really been feeling the effects. coughing a lot, tired alot, running out of breath when exercicsing. IT MUST END. wish me luck friends, i need it, and some support

Quiting is simple... I've done it tens of times... and could do it again any time.

I know how hard it is to quit smoking.
During a conversation, cup of coffee or a beer and ofcourse after diner.
So here is your good luck wish.
GOOD LUCK!
btw I'm more then a year cigarette free now.😏

Excellent!
It's the best thing you can do for yourself.
I quit for two years and never felt better, food tasted great, never got tired yet slept like a baby etc etc
Now, if only I could heed my own advice ...

Just think about those poor kids that sit in front of you when you're teaching them stuff. They have to smell your bad breath all the time...

They say smoking cuts years off your life . But I figure those will be the crappy years that you don't want to be here for anyway .
