Don't worry about tourny ratings,I'm also waiting to finish the first tourny I joined here when I was rated < 1150 Tournament 100
What should I do,to resign the games because in the meantime my chess level became a little better ??
It's not like guys who drop their ratings to enter lower banded ones..........
Congratulations, Alborz! What really surprises me is that unlike you, most people don't seem to have made much progress (judging from their rating, although I know that can be deceiving) from the beginning to the end of the tournament. If it started before your rating went up, it must have started at least half a year ago or so. I believe that most people in the rating range of the tournament would be able to get to at least 1400 or so within that time if they'd put a little effort in it.
