My family is addicted to ice cream. "We all scream for ice cream," as my dad used to say. One day when I was a kid, my mom & dad did their weekly grocery shopping and dad brought home 2 gallons of ice cream, yes, 2 gallons. "Just to have a small taste during today's football game on TV," he said. Well, at some point in the first half of the game, I decided to get some ice cream. It was all gone! My brother and my dad had snarfed all of it down! You had to act fast around our house where ice cream was the issue. Vanilla and chocolate were always the favourites. No fancy stuff, just vanilla and chocolate, and grab some fast, or you won't get any.

Try this:
3 scoops of Cornish vanilla (if you are not from Cornwall or have easy access I suggest NOT flying there but trying a local brand)
Take a frozen Cadbury's "Crunchie" bar bash it up and sprinkle chunks and crumbs liberally on top of and around ice cream
Pour a hot espresso over the lot
Enjoy....
