After work today, I stopped by the store to pick up some groceries.
As I am loading the groceries in the back, I glance to the car next to me and there is a lady sitting in the driver's seat.
She has a full 1/2 gallon of chocolate ice cream in her hand, the top is off and she has it up to her mouth, pouring in the melted ice cream.
I had to laugh, I was thinking about taking a picture on my cell phone.
She happend to look over at me and catch me laughing, she started laughing also.
Then she rolled down the window and said "there are worse addictions to have, you know".
She put the top back on the carton and drove off laughing!

Is this why Americans are fatties? you sell stuff by the bucket load? buckets of fried chicken, buckets of popcorn and buckets of ice cream! Shortly the day will dawn, family deal! trough of spicy chicken wings and three barrels of coke!
What happened to taking a bite and still having enough left over for another bite?

Originally posted by Gatecrasherthey're shrinking portions here, too. used to be able to buy a gallon of most juices in walmart, now they just sell them in 64 oz size, max, so they can effectively raise prices by lowering item size. except for OJ, and cow juice.

$2 and up for most juices at 64 oz. ($4 and up if you buy two.)
but cow juice is $2.54 a gallon! OJ is $3.83. at the local (Silicon Valley) Walmart.
