@hakima saidHmmmm. 🤔 Quite a list though they all do seem to have a theme. 😉 Good luck.
Get more sleep.
Slow down.
Stop, even.
Honor my pace.

@ponderable saidThat's the question though, isn't it? Which is more important, the ultimate goal, or the next step that makes it easier to get there? I haven't solved that problem for myself.

@very-rusty saidThere’s something so spiritual about swimming in the sea, when you lay back to take a rest and feel the ocean gently rock you as you look up at the big blue sky 🌞
I have always enjoyed swimming in the Alantic ocean more so than in a pool. That was where I actually learned to swim at an early age. There was a group of us including a younger sister, it was so much fun wonderful memories.

-Removed-However, guitar seems to be one of those "you either feel it or you don't", and I don't. Now piano, I feel that. I also feel the woodwinds (sax, clarinet, flute), but I don't feel the guitar, it feels totally alien to me. Plus, the strings totally demolish my fingertips. One of my big fears is that someday, I'll start getting arthritis and have to give up the piano. Maybe then I'll be like Lionel Hampton and switch to vibraphone. 🙂
