Everybody wants to be a star, right? Everyone's a champion.

We're all unique, just like everybody else.

Yes, of course. We are all special in our own way. No two people I know are the same. Can you imagine a world with everyone being exactly the same?

'Special' in which way? Different? And, in which way different? Biologically?

You are allowing the thread to get diverted. A DJ makes new music like folk musicians make new music, building on the old. The old in their case being pop music tracks combined in ways some people think original.

It's the new folk music upgraded to electronic dance.

That doesn't mean I personally have to like it. They have their thing and we folkies have ours.

Like Bob Dylan using old melodies to make new songs like 'Boots of Spanish Leather' or
"Hard rain's a-gonna fall'

I never saw Bob push the play button and then shout "I'm making music!"

I didn't say I liked it, but that is what people THINK it is.
