I'd instigate spot FEN changes at random, have a user voting system for who to crown tard of the week and then allow that person to choose one user to forum ban for that week. I'd reward forum amusement with the ability to delete another user's games/pieces or posts for a limited time and I'd keep a hall of fame for the best at using whatever chaotic tools I gave everyone with which to screw each other over. Then each month I would give out subscriptions in exchange for remarkable pieces of art, poetry, music, writing or social commentary. Finally I would close the site after 5 years by booting everyone without warning.
