It doesn't have to be about torture. Think good thoughts about the liberation of one's mind from earthbound concepts. Spiritual thoughts. But not the kind you might find in the spirituality forum. Real stuff like it's meant to be. Childlike. Innocent. Pure.

That's what I'm saying. let's do it!

You see, with all political correctness, I can no longer express any
vaguely dubious opinion on Asians, blacks, Muslims, women, or
disabled people... but we have pedophiles, it's still kosher to hate
them, so I say it is healthy and we need to make use of it before it
becomes a protected species. It's open season, I say!
