Why not? Not necessarily for the sake of "your friend", but it saves the rest of us the ennui, which is well worth it.

Simple. Tell your friend to ask RHP to name their price for lifetime banning, and tell herm to pay it. This would be like a lifetime non-membership. There are tons of non-members of RHP, so it has huge potential and they should be glad to have you as their charter lifetime non-member.
