How about we set up a dummy user called 'Scapegoat'? Scapegoat would be someone who uses a computer to calculate his/her moves, is abusive in the forums and via pms, times people out asap, even with their vacation setting on, accuses other people of cheating and generates hundreds of alerts to protest being moderated. then when anybody feels like criticising someone here in the forums, they could just pick poor Scapegoat as their target. and if we called him/her ScapegoatF*ck, i could even get in a bit of criticism of his/her username.
PS: i have checked to make sure there isn't anyone with this username already...(wouldn't want to unwittingly make some poor innocent soul the target of abuse by all of rhp - they would be in therapy for life).
