Everyone that I have seen doing them was cremated....

Just walk fast and you will have no problem. If you stop stop to smell the burning flesh then you will feel bad. It's also a good way to get rid of corns.

I've neva done it, but I've stompd out the odd camp fire.
I saw a docu recently & they stressed on how much sweat had 2 b on the foot...
Wear 5 pair o winter socks & wellies jus b4 u do it man.

Good lord, don't listen to *these* people for advice on fire-walking, you'll torch yourself...

Usually at these events there are people there whose job it is to get you in the proper frame of mind for doing this... listen to *them* and you'll come out unscathed, trust me.

Hmm, 8pm you say? Then you'll see this far too late to take my advice... hehe

I've done one, it's a great experience. I did get a slight burn though - I couldn't take the 'motivators' seriously enough! Good luck.
