keep alot of plain pocorn in a bowl. munch as much as you like. drink something thru the day like a can of tea or some juice. eat your regular meals but drink two glasses of juice or milk before you start the meal and eat as much as you like ( the liquid has few calories and will make you feel more full as you start the meal ). forget the diets.
just do what i say and they will be calling you bones behind your back.
