Couldn't you just get a pizza the add your own tuna?
Yes, I think I have done that once, too. But the tuna should get under the cheese. Of course it's possible to make the whole pizza yourself, or get a crust and add a topping yourself. But that's only possible if you can overcome your procrastination.

I don't seem to be able to. I am paralyzed by procrastination. I am hungry but have made no effort to get any food.

I hate when I get in these kinds of moods.

And the hungrier you get, the more difficult it is to overcome your procrastination... I know the feeling all too well. 🙁

I think it's the lack of daylight is screwing with my body chemistry. I don't feel depressed, per se, but I don't feel like my normal self either.

It doesn't help that the holidays are coming and the media makes it look like everyone else in the world is having a jolly time surrounded by friends, family, sparkling houses, and awesome food. 😛

Procrastination mode is mostly my normal mode. 🙁

True. I know lots of people get down over the holidays, but it has never happened to me at holiday time before.

edit: maybe I should double up on my meds 😛

No, I think drinking out of one bottle at a time should be less confusing.

This morning I managed to climb out of my procrastination rut.

I'm about 2/3 done cleaning the house, I've gone to the grocery, and am on my third load of laundry.

Woohoo!

Cool. Once you are done, can you please come over to my flat and help me? I got some things done, too, but there's still a lot to do.

Ah, grocery shopping on Sunday! It makes things so much easier if you don't have to plan so far ahead. There was a shop that had opened on Sunday close to my last flat, but now I have to remember to do all the shopping before Saturday evening. Christmas will be worse...

Give yourself a break 😉 Just turn it all off and pull the cork from a decent bottle of wine 😵

Advice to the Young

1
Keep bees and
grow asparagus,
watch the tides
and listen to the
wind instead of
the politicians
make up your own
stories and believe
them if you want to
live the good life.

2
All rituals
are instincts
never fully
trust them but
study to im-
prove biology
with reason.

3
Digging trenches
for asparagus
is good for the
muscles and
waiting for the
plants to settle
teaches patience
to those who are
usually in too
much of a hurry.

4
There is morality
in bee-keeping
it teaches how
not to be afraid
of the bee swarm
it teaches how
not to be afraid of
finding new places
and building in them
all over again.
