I believe it has more with the persons personality. I've know some very good looking women and most of them have also been sexy but not all. Again it is in the eyes of the beholder. Bigger women can also be very sexy they don't have to have an hour glass shape to be sexy.

"Good looks" is, as has been mentioned, not the important thing when describing sexy. Common interests, conversation, intellectual prowess those are what's sexy to me. Now "good looks" is a bonus I guess.
