Here is a theory/*total guess*:
I suppose it is possible they place a daily bandwidth limit. Consequently some days it works, but if too many people have been looking at the page with your clan logo on it (using bandwidth indierectly), you reach the maximum allowed and it locks you out???
No doubt someone has a better explaination ;-)

the reason you see it sometimes and not others is strange... I saw a red x first... but once I went to geocities to look at the image it now shows up. This is how it works most of the time when you see any red x here at RHP... just follow the link.
That is lame. Use the link I gave for the image, so everyone can see it.
