Ireland don't have a team in any sport that has ever had any success - haha.
Oh they once won a minor rugby cup between a few countries.

You lot could win the cup for sour grapes for hardly ever qualifying for anything.

Yes we did but we tend not to shout about it because our record since winning the cup has been dire and there doesn't seem to be much in the way of improvement since.

come..come..boys.... England are a excellant sporting nation. They are good at most sports and make the 8 in most of the football, Rugby league/union world events.

Also they were ranked 2nd only to Australia in cricket..untill recently..

I know there's been the odd (sometimes very odd) Paddy or Taff or Jock, and maybe a Canadian once or twice, but the English are probably the best in the world.
