I always prefer getting the idea before they use the cattle prod on me.

You are not a boss at BT are you?

That sounded all too familiar.

Years and ages ago, I was notified to see my prof after class.
She informed me due to a few bad test scores, I would fail, unless I did extra credit work. I was to write an essay regarding motivation. My paper included a brief statement about fear as a motivator. She (The prof) gave the paper a C saying, "Fear is not a motivation." I was quick to reply, "BS Professor! I was in fear I would fail, so that motivated me to write the paper!"
She recanted and gave me an A.

Inspiration. Motivation is not a big factor in my everyday existence.

Inspiration by the people who make my life enjoyable is.
