Some sites do not appear correctly in FF and also parts of the sites are not accessible. If, as I do, one wishes to go to these areas on the sites I am referring to, one would have to use IE. [possibly certain other browsers would also work but with the IEView FF extension it's the simple solution for me right now]
IE has always worked fine for me when I've used it, though I do have good security and so on installed.

So ok I don't have my arm twisted to use IE but I wish to use these other sites NOW.🙂

But if I don't, I die.

I'm not forced [in your context of the word] to use IE but if I don't I don't get the full benefits of the other sites' features.

Maybe you would simply refuse to use sites like that, I wouldn't.
