You'll need to read again, then. I read no self-exclusions.

Since when was the majority ever right or less than needy (and yes it's been awhile since King Arthur's Roundtable belief that right was might)?

Those unfairly accused of IP infringement.

And those cornered by Reagan-like puritanism.
What does IP mean and on what basis do you dismiss facts in order to conclude 'unfairly'? Puritans were a mixed blessing because of their legalism.

I believe the principle goes like "those who accused have the burden of proof" and it is you who must make a case for accuding Phlabs of IP infringement.

IP stands for intellectual property, or creations of the mind.

Examples would be Einstein's theory of relativity or R.B. Thieme's published doctrines.

Accused himself by declaring he lifted the wording from Ron Burgundy, self aggrandizing his profile. My beef, sir, is with your acquiescence.

Hi, Z. Just a dull day here I suppose. No lions or tigers escaping from the zoo. How's your family, heavy duty responsibilities at work, etc.?

Work is fun. I am trying to diagnose a corrupt filesystem with no documentation. Tedious yet consuming work. The family is always entertaining. My daughter is trying to teach me how to play chess; I never realized that the black pieces can only be placed on the black squares =)

There's some truth to that. The other option is that I haven't drank enough. Alas, I have to go to work tomorrow, so I'll be hitting the sac in 4 minutes.
