IQ disucssion on again

There is a nice article in New Scientist, which will maybe cause some discussion:

I've heard that IQ, due to its origins, only indicates how much a person is
in line with Western thought and practices. Nothing else.

IQ is only a measure of how good you are to perform in IQ tests.
