DON'T DO THIS TEST OR ANY OTHER AT TICKLE.COM!

Sorry dfm65... on the last page of the test they ask you to register, then you need to give your email address to get your results, then you get spam emails for the rest of your life. tickle is bad... evil bad.

not that i would know...

You can register, after which you get the result. Of course, they then ask you for money, so the result is probably ingratiating flattery anyway.

yes, but you have the option not to give them your email address - i chose not to, and you still get your result.

naturally i was suspicious, and if they have made getting the test result depend on giving up an email address i was ready to just click out, but as i say, you have the option of not giving your address. so, take the test, and select the option not to identify your email address.

Bit disappointed with that actually πŸ™

Your IQ score is 135

Your mind's strengths allow you to think ahead of the game -- to imagine or anticipate what should come next in just about any situation. Because you're equally skilled in the numerical and verbal universes of the brain, you can draw from multiple sources of information to come up with great ideas. The timelessness of your vision and the balance between your various skills are what make you a Visionary Philosopher

In addition to your strengths in maths and linguistics, you have a knack for matching and anticipating patterns. These skills and your uncanny ability to detect the underlying blueprint of most of life's situations add to your Visionary Philosopher mind. Two philosophers who share the same combination of skills you possess are Plato and Benedict Spinoza.

You completed the test in 00:10:08. The current average time for completing this test is 13 minutes and 35 seconds.

i found the result (136) was actually considerably LOWER than my usual score on this kind of test, so i was feeling anything but flattered...πŸ˜‰

I had to take a proper IQ test once, which gave a different result from the one given there. I've never taken any others on the internet (I've taken this one before and got the same exact result, unsurprisingly πŸ˜‰).

04:48, 144 and 'Visual Mathematician'.

I am happy to sacrifice this one point for better grammer... πŸ™‚ πŸ˜›

I'd be interested to know what others get.

I got 148. I claim better spelling, grammar, and superior bacon and eggs.

Ok I lie.

I remember doing this test and consulting with a class full of people and attempting to get every answer wrong. I got 78.
It seems this test is a total farce.

Also IQ test (the good ones) only actually measure your ability to take IQ tests. The number means nothing else.

LOL. Now that's a keen observation. An extra 10 points should be added to your total.
