1) To much words for a serious threat
2) A man (girl, granny, kid) should return the bike and thank God he/she is alive
3) This piece of paper is an evidence of felony

The so-called "poor student" seems to have a lot of time in his hands.

If I were him, I'd study harder.

Obviously a bluff, otherwise he would have passed the c***'s details straight to the fuzz or pood in a newspaper and set it on fire on the thief's front door step.

Edit edit: Tickled me when my brother got one of these out of his glove compartment and stuck it on the car parked on top of him.

GPS inside the frame? So they cut the frame, put in a GPS, then welded it back?? Melting the GPS. I suppose they could put it under the seat in that support tube. Then it would be easy to get rid of, and he is stupid to tell people it's there. If it is, and it isn't.
It's rubbish
