Hmm, 'Unlike most Christians on this site who are meek, I don't turn the other cheek...I give it right back where it is well deserved.'

Now what's that all about? If other Christians on the site are deciding to turn the other cheek, surely that's because they're acting like Christians? And aren't the meek supposed to inherit the earth? I'm afraid ...[text shortened]... I don't remember Jesus having too many macho rants, but maybe I skipped those pages...

Rich.
I wasn't catagorizing myself as a Christian when I made that comment...just that I don't turn the other cheek when put upon...it's a long story and it has been settled in a gentlemanly way...by the way, Jesus did go "macho" on the money changers in the temple by overturning the tables and scattering the merchants about...cheers

Yeah true enough, although if you've ever been ripped off by a dodgy money changer you'll understand how he felt...

No. Justice would imply that the silly buggers who make the art would be responsible for the death they cause by supporting those who kill for no reason. There will be no justice.

t guarantees RotK will cop the jack. It's about time those fossils that run the Academy realized that action, adventure, and sci-fi films are a legitimate genre.
Too right. Remember when Annie Hall beat Star Wars for best picture? If ROTK does not win, we will have a re-run of the Great Nerd Riots of 1977.

Annie Hall was a better film though, Star Wars just became so much more than a simple film.

Artists support killers? Please elaborate.
