can anyone help me to trace a case in the law reports (uk)

I believe the case is "Liverpool churches" I have no more info but the case set the precedent for hear say!!!

I need to find out the full facts about the case, please pm me if you can help.

All I know is, it is called "Liverpool churches V's" and it is important as the judge spoke of "hear say". He set precedent

I got no date and cannot enter into The Times law reportes or lexisnexis.
