Phlabibit is a sub payer and deserves to be called Phlabibit.

You can however calll non subs anything you wish.
If they ever get over the feeling that every penny is a prisoner
and sub up then they will be addressed by their chosen name.

I saw Dicky Duecers post but it mentioned a 5 year grade
I have not been here 5 years (though sometimes is feels like a life time).
So it does apply to me.
I'm not really your man for discussions on grading/ratings.
I believe that you learn something new about the game each time you play it.
Yherefore you get stronger, so can how your grade ever go down.
It's ludicrous.
Vera Rusty is one you want to discuss grades.

Edit: RHP ratings per se may often go down as an improving player faces stronger
opponents. Whole point of the opp/my own 5 and 1 year avg was to reflect this.
