Well this person says he/she is 9 on his/her profile. If that person is not 9, isn't something fishy going on? Either way...

They must have changed the rules, I just went over everything I could see on this site about age limits and find nothing now. So I guess, like you said, no problem, even if he is a genuine 21st century kid.

To register on this site you have to click a box that says "I am over the age of 13". I've not seen any instance where that has been used as grounds for a banning. I'd say if the kid behaves reasonably he's in no danger of a ban.

I thought this was an 18+ Chess site, so I got a one day Banning for my crude and sometimes explicit language ffs...In my day Children were happy with a plank of wood, outside for hours...

When a user first signs up, he/she must attest on the opening screen that they are "over the age of 13."
