It's about dives mental problems, he's suffering from acute paranoia and has reverted back to childhood name calling.

Hopefully he gets the help he needs soon, otherwise we all might be on the end of his relentless torturing.

That must be an Old English expression. I have never heard it used around here. "Maybe knock some sense into that guy". 🙂

Walking on tricky ground there the person could end up knocking what little sense is left out. 🙂
