Really? What makes it painful for you? Or are you just joking, and I am not getting the joke? I have asked people to change their avatar because it was painful, but those were flickering or blinking avatars which some other people also found unbearable. I find it hard to imagine why someone would find my aurora avatar painful.

Sorry about that. But you are using Firefox, aren't you? If you don't have the extension "Adblock Plus" yet, I would recommend installing it. If you have installed it, right-clicking an image will give you the option to block it.
