from what do you conclude that everyone participating in the traffic was going to get booze?

in holland we have "Koninginnedag" something i freely translate to Queensday. On 30 April we celebrate the birthday of a former queen (Wilhelmina)...and we all wear orange stuff and make a party๐Ÿ˜€

It's a horrible day. Everyone wears orange. Everyone is laughing and is happy. Terrible. I am NOT going to wear anything orange that day. I wonder if I should paint my hair ..
