i dont know about the rest of the world but in ireland the pubs and offies close today, i was in cork yesterday at wilton shopping centre....it took me two hours to get in and out because off the traffic jams on there way to get booze??? its flipping insane!!! one day without booze and the whole country stocks up like its the feckin end.
any crazy thing goin on in your country/town every year?? i would love to know....it would make me feel better about ireland drinking issues..lol

in holland we have "Koninginnedag" something i freely translate to Queensday. On 30 April we celebrate the birthday of a former queen (Wilhelmina)...and we all wear orange stuff and make a party😀
