That's actually a good point there from Bowmann. When we in England get high temperatures like 36(97f) c, it comes with very high levels of humidity, compared to say L.A where I have been at the height of summer and experienced 36c there, there is no comparison, it is a dry heat and feels less uncomfortable to even a 30(86f) c in England.
