tactics, tactics and more tactics...thats all i can say..... read this article on chesscafe.com, its in the archives somewhere.... 400 point in 400 days....
basically u take 1000 tactic puzzles and do them 7 times... first time u take 64 days, then 32,16,8,4,2,1 .... that will get the patterns into u're head....it takes forever and its hard work but it helps..i'm almsot done round 4🙂
