After some frantic bidding it levelled out at $2.75 and because
the person who bought it lives in America the postage was free.

I hope you didn't include the Brooklyn Bridge. It belongs to me.

Too late!

Obama already sold it to China.

Good news is that someone will be able to turn around and buy it back soon. It will be on sale at Walmart!

Just joking...🙂

Tell him you're not surprised. It was manufactured in China.

Which of their albums was it? I have a couple myself and I wouldn't mind seeing what I can get for them.

I know Ebay well and the guy really lucked out, which is what always happens. It's because in order to sell this particular product at a profit you have to actually bid on it yourself at any cost, especially at the deadline; tripling the price when needed. In the case you are unlucky enough to actually sell it and not able to buy it back after the bids have expired it is crucial you internationally outsource the postage labor so capital costs are marginalized. If you didn't know this is because most people know that the postage fee for America is 14 trillion dollars to ship to America.
