Is there something wrong with talking on the phone when you're having a crap? I ALWAYS go for a dump when the ex calls. Sometimes I even save up for it.
It makes the calls just a little bit more ... I dunno, but I feel a lot better by the time she's finished talking.

the conversation could go like this

salesman "Are we phoning conveniently"
shav " not really but carry on"
salesman " our latest service blah blah blah."
shav "sorry to interrupt but can you hang on for a minute"
salesman "sure"
shav "unnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn ...[text shortened]... t a bit of constipationnnnnnnnnn"
saleman "i'll call back sir"
shav "ok unnnnnnnnnnnnnn"
You need more fibre.

Ronaldo comments should really be kept to a minimum unless you want your ass litigated.

"Are we phoning conveniently?"
I answered: "No. I'm afraid I'm free at this moment."
"Okay...what?"
"I'm not working at this moment in time."
"Alright. Can I phone you at a more convenient time?"
"Sure," I says.
"What time would that be?"
"During working hours." I replie ...[text shortened]... ly being that I'm not at home during working hours.

The only time I have done something similar to this I felt really cruel as I was a real b*stard.

I got a call enquiring as to whether I wished to avail of increased services
on my mobile phone to which I replied:

"Mobile phones give you brain cancer" getting the intonation right so my voice goes
really high at the end

"err what?!?" asks a confused telesales' girl calling from Bangalore

"Cancer, CANCER, C-A-N-C-E-R".

"Err, umm, Okay ..."

Click.

I felt kinda bad; we all have to make a living.
