Whether you like/liked their music there is no question that they changed the way modern music was written. Without them there would be nothing but Elvis type music being played. [Apart from classical music, of course]

The fact is that 70's music is better than anything today so whether it sounds 70's or not is out of the question because 70's music is better! You guys just don't see the taste in great musical talent!
