No.

First of all i would wonder about the fact that she is asking for a drink. Imo most decent females dont have to go around and ask for drinks, they can be lazy and wait for the men to come to them and let them ask her if she would like a drink.

Then again this could be a very 'modern' girl who doenst care about these unwritten rules and is interested in me.

Secondly Id ask how the heck she came in the pub since she is way to young to even be there. I will not buy her (alcoholic) drinks when i cannot be sure she is aged over 16.
Besides, i dont find her very attractive either, I think its because she looks to young, but her amount of fat and face-shape also has to do with it.
