He He,

Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM).

Silicon with capacitors, layered with transisters and gates, etc, etc.

Geez, I probably should have known that. I'm in the software biz after all. Not really development though, so I guess it's somewhat excusable. Technology-wise, I'm still baffled by stuffed-crust pizza.

This may be slightly funny to the ladies here:

I was working in DRAM fabrication a few years back, in a clean room. This means you wear a white cleanroom suite from head to foot, no make up, no hair spray, nothing that would contaminate the silicon. Safety glasses also.

The cleanroom is very STERILE, the air flows from celing to floor and is constant ...[text shortened]... ckily everything was contained within the suite. 😳

Just what you guys wanted to hear, eh?
That's a pretty good story. I helped deliver both of my kids and it is quite an experience. You are kind of blessed to see it but you are also marred too. It's like they will do everything they can to make it look so nasty that they don't ever want you to go back in there again.

It's a trade off I guess. In the old days you waited down the hall in the waiting room while looking at TV. I know why in some cultures they just send her out to the edge of town to go deliver the baby on her own.

And how much may I ask do they pay you to do this?

I delivered all three of my kids.

Right to the hospital.
Did not want to screw that one up.

Surely a plumber like yourself has seen worse. You could have helped by getting a plunger on the kid's head.

third grade. Tomorrow I'll have 22 8- and 9-year-olds in my classroom, and some will even pretend to listen to me!😵

Nope. I stood back when they brought out the salad tongues. Didn't want any part of that. The doctor was doing just fine by herself and after all, I was paying for it.

Come to think of it, I think I still a small mortgage on the 5 year old. Two more payments and he's mine outright.

And all us parents are simply squealing with glee to send them! It's been a long summer.

It's nice when the teachers are that happy to see you the first day of school.😵 Somehow they're not as thrilled in June...
