Labtop monitor turning off and on

what about this:

This thing just showed up

ISRAFEL WORM GEDZAC LABS 2003

and a file got added to this directory:

my computer, c drive, ESTIGMA.dat

Does trojan get rid of that?

I'm not sure what a worm is? Is it still adware or something and spybot and stuff would get rid of it?

Thankz for the site. I got the first site to open up finally and i'm trying to download norton and see if that works.

I give up. Erase and install everything.
