@Torunn saidI am not against anything. Here is my position on this:
So you are against homo/bisexuals because you believe God is?
- homosexuality is a sin and it is condemned as a abomination in the bible.
- Christians should also condemn all sin the same way the bible does.
- sin is not something that should be condoned.
So I dont not 'believe' God is against homosexuality. I know God has condemned homosexuality. It is clearly stated in the bible.
I know you come from a Godless society, and your societal norms have gone astray. That has nothing to do with me. What you accept as normal behaviour is your business. I have my own standards so dont ask, neither expect me to conform to yours.
@Rajk999 saidI can't take this discussion further and I understand your standpoint based on the Bible. No further comments.

@Torunn saidExactly. There is nothing to discuss. There is no middle ground, and no loopholes. Homosexuality is a sin. End of story. Practice it and there are going to be consequences.

There are societies where men believe that it is ok to have extramarital affairs aka adultery. That is also a sin, which many try to excuse, justify and allow. Again, those who practice that will face the consequences.
God makes these laws, and you will certainly get your day in court.
@Rajk999 saidI have a pretty strong feeling what is right and wrong but I leave the bible aside.

@Earl-of-Trumps saidI think of it as vulgar - not beautiful, not fashionable.
I understand there were bearded transwoman fondling little kids.
and again,,, pourquoi??
@Great-Big-Stees saidThere are cases where people have undergone surgeries and hormone treatments to solve their identification problems, which have turned out not so well and some were interrupted before completion.
Perhaps more like, confused? 🤔
@Torunn saidThese issues certainly arise but I think the choice, for those in the situation, upon speaking with the “proper” professionals, is there’s to be made.

@Great-Big-Stees saidI don't have a clear opinion on that, as you may see - not that I think it is wrong but it may not be a solution they hope for. It's not a 1:1 situation. Above all, young people shouldn't be encouraged to believe surgeries are the answer. From what I read, even young boys and girls try to improve their looks with the help of surgeons - it's not the right way to go always.

@Torunn saidI think, maybe naively, that most of the surgeries are done after much consultation. Our bodies are ours and therefore we should be the ones to make decisions about what we do with them.
