I don think its 'destitute'. Apparently LGBTQ ++, and making fun of Christianity ... takes center stage in their opening ceremony. Lady Gaga fits well into that.

Judging from past behaviour, Muslims would want to kill if their religion was ridiculed. If Christians make a big fuss about that opening ceremony, they are stupid. I think 99% of Christians would ignore, even laugh at it, but there is a 1% who will try to get some publicity over it. I have already seen some pastors calling on their church to boycott the Olympics.

It really is weird that the French see it necessary to offend Christians when they are mostly a Catholic community. There is a view that the actors protrayed in the opening ceremony has nothing to do with the last supper of Christ and disciples. That people claim is just Christians thinking the worst., and it is really a prortrayal of Greek gods. Also I dont think the LGBTQ community necessarily hates Jesus. They hate Christians. So thats another view.

I didn’t even notice the Last Supper scene until the media blogged about it.

Imagine if those actors had done that to the prophet Mohamed, they’d all be dead by the end of the week. And Islam condemns their philosophy and lifestyle far more vehemently than lukewarm Christianity does.

So let’s not upset the Muslim community eh…

They don't even hate Christians. They might dislike being hated ON, but so far all I've seen is them turning the other cheek, not so Christians. The pseudo-Christians love to hate on them, beat them and kill them.
